Newcomers Welcome Session

Fazel & Mildred Culbreath

We endeavor to be a warm and welcoming church body. One avenue we do this is to offer a newcomers welcome session once or twice a year. This usually occurs on a Saturday or Sunday morning where we gather together for a short time of food and fellowship. This is a great opportunity for newcomers to meet out Pastor, and other ministry leaders. The ministry leaders will provide details and information about their respective programs, and activities offered throughout the year.

Christian Development Course

Fazel & Mildred Culbreath

Being cognizant of the varying backgrounds that church folk, and non-church folk come from, the New-comers Welcome Session is an excellent venue to talk-about our “Christian Development Course”. This is a 12 lesson course titled “Ready To Be Free” and is designed primarily for new converts to the Pentecostal Apostolic faith. This course is offered throughout the year as needed, typically on Saturday mornings.

Home Bible Study

Fazel & Mildred Culbreath

The Bible teaches us that one person’s soul is worth more than all the world. Mark 8:36 “for what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Our Home Bible Study (HBS) Ministry is designed to present a personal, convenient exploration of God’s word in a person’s home. We are admonished to grow, which means to enlarge our understanding of God, 2 Peter 3:18 “grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Having this charge, we accept the responsibility of offering a Home Bible Study (HBS) to all who are interested in strengthening their relationship with God, and enhancing their understanding of the His word.

There are a variety of studies we offer ranging in length from 4 to 12 weeks as well as topics which may cover Christian Growth, Relationships, Faithfulness and several others.

Annually, we also offer a day-long Home Bible Study Workshop to equip Christians with the skills needed to effectively reach out to those within your sphere of influence and to teach them scripture in a more intimate setting where they can seek Jesus, learn, grow and ask questions.
