REVISED Tip of the Week

Contact Information – Selecting your mobile carrier and updating communication preferences so that you can receive text messages from FAC. If you are an active member of FAC, and haven’t yet created your login for our Online Community, we strongly encourage you to do this at your earliest opportunity. Once you have a login established, please review / update your contact information in your Profile.

In order to receive text messages from FAC regarding service schedule changes / cancellations and other important events, in your Profile under Basic Contact information, please be sure to select your mobile phone carrier (i.e., Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.) in the field provided. If this is not selected, text messages from FAC will not be sent to your mobile phone.

Additionally, you will need to do the following:

In your profile, on the right side of the screen, click on “set communication prefs.” You can set all your communication preferences here. Please be sure to check “send me text messages” for the group(s) you are in.
